I just upgraded my mid-2010 13" MBP 2.4ghz from 4 to 8gb of ram.

Biggest difference obviously is the number of applications I can have running. Now I can have firefox with multiple tabs, thunderbird, parallels w/WinXP and Eve Online running with nary a hiccup.
