upgraded to 1.1.2 can't disable edge :(

Hi. I just jailbreaked and activated my iphone on 1.1.2 and I can't find a way to disable EDGE. I tried editing the file

/var/root/Library/Preferences/com.apple.carrier.plist

and it didn't work. I changed the apn, password, and username in that file and it still doesn't work. This method worked perfectly back in 1.1.1. Is there anyway to fix it in 1.1.2? I don't have a data plan on my att iphone and i'm having to pay 1 cent per kb. Thank you.

nvm. I got it to work. seems like they moved the edge network settings to:

/var/root/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/preferences.plist

Just edited the apn, username, and pass in that file and EDGE is disabled
