upgraded to 10.4 having dlink wireless router problems now!

hello,

my powerbook with airport card hooked up fine before 10.4 now it just can't seem to stay connected....

if i turn card off then turn it back on it will work fine for about 6 clicks on a web page then will loose signal strength...

i've read around trying to find a fix nothing on dlink page about it.... i shortened the name of my powerbook in the sharing folder and that didn't help...

any help would be appreciated...

Make sure you run the Mac OS X.4.2 Update. There were problems with wireless with Tiger and the OS X.4.2 update fixed that. Not sure if they were only related to AirPort only or not, but its always good to make sure you're running the latest and greatest OS anyways.
