Upgraded to 10.6.7 & Death Adder Mouse Issues

I just installed Snow Leopard for the first time, and now my Death Adder doesn't work in World Of Warcraft. It works for desktop functions though all were reassigned, but in game it's ignoring the 3 extra buttons. :(

I pulled open the Death Adder application to reassign but it's still not working in the game now.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?
