I upgraded last week to the 12 Pro and returned my old 11 PM to the Apple Store. Both the new loan and the old loan are showing up on the Citizens One website. The old loan still shows a balance, but no payment history or payment method. Does it just take a little while for the old loan to be closed completely?

The loan closed the same day the new one was started for me - the day I got the phone from Apple store. Hmmm.
I got my phone last weekend so just checking the website now shows zeroed out.

All of my old loans from prior years and exchanges still show up in my Citizens account, but they show zero balance and no history.
