I have a Gen 1 iPhone, and upgraded to 2.02. Today was my first trip out in the wild since the upgrade and wow what a major step backwards.

If I call someone I can't end the call. I can push that little red button 20 times and it won't hang up. I can hold it down and it won't hang up. The network has to timeout before the call will disconnect.

In my house I've always had full strength and since the upgrade, I've got 1 little baby bar and edge is acting very flakey. Today while on campus, it would take 90 seconds to connect to my email server, and then it wouldn't let me delete any emails.

I'm starting to feel like this is a micro***** product not something from apple.

*sigh.

is there anyway to fix this?
