Upgraded to ios 7 and it deleted my CAMERA

I have an Iphone 4 and upgraded to Ios 7 and for some reason it has deleted my camera icon. There is no camera on the locked screen and I have downloaded a different camera app and it shows a black screen when using it.

Any ideas?!?!?

Have you tried a hard reboot of the phone?

Have you tried using spotlight search to find it?

If neither of the above apply, you'll like need to restore.
