Upgrades at Apple Store?

What, if any, upgrades can you add at the Apple store?

I've decided not to go with the 256 vram, so now I'm just down to wanting the wireless mouse/keyboard upgrade. Is this something they'd be willing to swap out at the store? I'd rather not have to buy online and wait for shipping just for this one part.
 
No, no upgrades except regular RAM, adding Airport cards, etc. I wanted to order the 20 inch iMac with the increased X1600 vRAM at the Apple store but they said that's mail order only.

I decided to go Mac Pro instead. I didn't ask if they did HD upgrades. CompUSA did.
