I want to upgrade several things on my macbook and hoping someone has a few mintues to tell me if all of this will work or is it too much for my macbook. I have now 10.6.8, what upgrade do I need to do. Mountain Lion? I have the following on my computer Lightroom 4, Adobe Elements 8 and Mac Office 2008.

I am looking to upgrade to Elements 12 and may get the one with Premire. It says requires multcore intel processor 64 bit and mine says intel duo processor. I want to upgrade to Lightroom 5. Hoping someone has the time to tell me if all will run. Also any benefit over buying full versions over upgrades. They are close to same with Black Friday deals. Will this slow down my computer? Lightroom 5 requires
Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support
Mac OS X v10.7, v10.8, or v10.9
