Upgrading 1.1.1 to 1.1.4 without losing apps/music

Ive been out of the jailbreaking scene for awhile, and i was just wondering..

is it possible to upgrade my jailbroken 1.1.1 to 1.1.4 without having to restore and lose all my Apps/music?
