Upgrading 2 phones on existing family plan

Bought Iphone 3g 2 years ago, and both lines are eligible for upgrade, so no issue there.

But It is only letting me select 1 line at a time (i have 2 lines) to upgrade. I select 1 number, I can add the iphone 4, then it asks for billing info.


How do I upgrade both lines at the same time?

It specifically says not to add two lines for pre-order on the ATT Premier site that I'm checking out on. I'm processing mine now (just entered CC info, waiting for confirmation) and will go back in and hopefully order the 2nd.
