Upgrading 2019 Intel MBP 16" from Catalina to Monterey - any problems?

I have my development environment setup on my 2019 Intel MBP 16" running on Catalina. I'm thinking about upgrading to Monterey. Has anyone done this? Have you had any issues with directories (Python, Java, Airflow, etc.) being misplaced? Any problems at all?

Everything works well at the moment but I want to make sure I can get the latest features in the newer versions of macOS without any issues.
