Upgrading B/W But which upgrade first?

Ok, I have no idea which would be better to get first, I am running at 450mhz g3 1gb ram. I have the old rage 128 16mb card running at 1280x1024 res in panther 10.3.5 The video is quite slow in everything, unless i am at 800x600 or 640x480, which sucks! I want to get the 9200 pci ati card mac edition and the g4 800mhz sonnet zif upgrade. Moneywise I will have enough for only one of the 2 things in about a month, and after that months wont be a while till i can afford the other upgrade. But which one should I get first? I like gamin, but not much if it, I use safari allot and that uses allot of video power when scrolling, playing dvds is a bit choppy, iphoto isnt the fastest but tollerable, i wont be doing much video editing soon, but i guess what i want to know is, what upgrade would give me best performance? I will be getting both, but what would you choose to have first? Thanks
