Upgrading from 1.1.3(OTB not altered) to 1.1.4

Hi guys ,
I have got the iPhone its 1.1.3 and its with 4.6BL .
On reading many posts on the ZiPhone 2.5 i thought i would go for using iPlus to unlock but heard that iPlus works for 1.1.4.
Can any one tell me how to upgrade from 1.1.3 to 1.1.4 ?
NOte : I have a box packed iPhone in my hand no ulteration done yet ?
So is there any legal process preocedure to upgrade it?
