Upgrading from 10.15.3 to 10.15.4

Hi, I am at 10.15.3 I clicked on software update in an attempt to update 10.15.4. Since I have Bootcamp Windows, I pressed the Option key during reboot. Then I was shown the options of Macintosh HD, Windows and Mac OS Installer. I chose MacOS. When the system came up, it asks me if I want to install 10.15.4 again. Am I supposed to choose Mac OS Installer during reboot? What shall I do now?
