Upgrading from 3gs...do i need new sim card

So I have a 3GS with unlimited data. I read somewhere that the 4 and 4s take a different kind of sim. So when my phone arrives, how do I get the correct sim card for my new phone so everything is the same as before?

3GS's take A bigger Sim Card, right?
an iPhone 4(S) Takes a Smaller Sim card. Talk to your carrier about it.

But to upgrade from iOS 4 to 5 while keeping your settings and data requires at least one iTunes plugin.

Your unlimited data plan has nothing to do with the sim card. As long as you selected unlimited data while ordering your iPhone 4S, you will keep your unlimited data plan.
