Upgrading from 4.0 to 4.1 Jailbroken

I have a jailbroken iphone 4 on 4.0 and I would like to upgrade it to 4.1 and stay jailbroken.

I would like to keep all my packages and settings, as well as app store apps I have.

What is the easiest way to do this?

I've always used AptBackup when upgrading my iPhone and it's been fine. I haven't tested on 4.x yet but I plan to this evening on my iPhone4 when i go from jailbroken 4.0 to jailbroken 4.1.
