Okay so sadly I'm still sporting a 3G. Other than being insanely slow at times its been a fine phone/ipod for me overall. Now I'm looking at upgrading to the 4S. But by the time I order two phones with applecare+ from Apple I'll be looking at a $1K investment. Do they included the SIMS with them or do I then have to go to AT&T and still buy a micro sim on top of that?

TIA for any help.

Heath

Good to know... Thanks a bunch... One less thing I'll have to deal with in the end...

I could be completely wrong here but can't he just swap the SIM from his 3G to the 4S?

I have a 3GS, so I could be wrong. :(

He'd have to cut it down (4 and 4s use MicroSim)

Your new phone comes with a SIM. When you activate it as an upgrade to your current account the old SIM is deactivated.
