Upgrading from a Jailbroken iPhone

Hi everyone.

Yesterday I upgraded my iphone 4s to the iphone 5s. My problem is that my iphone 4s was jailbroken and has been for quite some time. Is there a way for me to transfer all my data (Contacts, gamecenter info, pictures, notes, passwords, and apps) over to my new iphone 5s without losing the jailbreak on my 4s? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

backup the 4s to itunes. Restore the 5s using that backup.

But in order to DELETE yourself from the 4s, and retain the jailbreak, you are going to have to go through and manually delete all your info (as opposed to restoring).
