iPhone Upgrading from ios 7 to 8

I am new to this forum and even new to IOS. I have jailbroken my 5s and there is this notice that I should update the OS to IOS 8. What should I do and how should I go about it bearing in mind that its jailbroken.

depends if you want to upgrade to 8 and jailbreak that as well but i've seen nothing but problems with the jailbreaked 8. check the jailbreak forum
