I have a mid-2011 MacBook Pro running Lion. Also use Windows 7 using Bootcamp.

If I upgrade Lion to Mountain Lion, will my Windows 7 Bootcamp stop working or carry on as if nothing happened?

If I have to flatten it and start again then so be it, but would rather upgrade in the short term and then do a full rebuild of both Mac and Windows later when I have more time.

I have a mid 2010 MBP and I upgraded from Lion to ML with bootcamp Win 7 with no problems.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sure some will have issues as with all upgrades but it's good to know that it can go smoothly and obviously is designed to do so.

the OS upgrade shouldnt affect that partition if all goes normally. But as a good rule of thumb, if you are gonna dink around the HDD in general in a major US upgrade, its a good idea to back up all partitions anyways.
