Upgrading from MacBook to MacBook Pro

Hi there I am looking to upgrade next year to a MacBook Pro when the new one comes out. I have a MacBook at the moment and I am considering buying Aperture 3 would I have to rebuy that when I come to upgrade or how would I get all the applications from my MacBook to my new MacBook Pro. Thanks
