upgrading from vista x64 to windows 7 on a 2009 white macbook

Hi. I have vista x64 bit currently running on bootcamp. I used a workaround to get the bootcamp 2.1 drivers to install. its listed here on google cache

I updated to snow leopard so now I have bootcamp 3.0, but I still have not installed the 3.0 drivers in vista.

Has anyone successfully upgraded from vista x64 to windows 7 x64?
