Hi everyone,

Just a post for those of you that have an original iPhone that used Ziphone to upgrade/unlock it to 1.1.4 and now want to install 2.0
This was indeed my case, and I was a bit dubious about whether this would work first time or not (having read about the way that Ziphone jailbroke our phones differently to the other methods), but I went for it and it worked fine for me.
I'd read that people were saying you need to restore first to a standard Apple firmware before you used the pwnage tools, but I didn't do that - I went straight from my Ziphone 1.1.4 iPhone to the custom 2.0 firmware, using pwnage tools 2.0.1
I used the instructions at iclarified (http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1557) that everyone else recommends, though I didn't want to mess with expert mode, so I just used simple mode.
Everything worked fine for me (though I chose in iTunes to set up as a new phone - not restore, as I had read this was the best thing to do), and I have my iPhone back up and running, unlocked, on Vodafone in the UK.

Hope this helps anyone that was in the same boat I was - obviously your mileage may vary, but I just wanted to let you peeps know that I tried it and it worked.

Cheers!

Marko
