Upgrading HDD...any good tutorials?!

Hey guys, with the recent threads on the 320gb 7200rpm drives being about $129 I have decided to buy in to the hype Anyways, I am very familiar with the windows cloning and such....but are there any good tutorials for cloning the MBP? I have decided to use CCC to clone the disc. Thanks guys in advance!
