I just ordered a new (early 2008) MBP. I am planning to upgrade the HDD and RAM. If I do it right away, will it be easier than waiting until I've started using it and loaded a bunch stuff from my old MAC? I am guessing I could just install it and use the system restore disk to put it back to factory install, and then go from there? Or am I better off waiting a while just in case there are any issues? I have read different things in here about warranty voiding and such, for replacing the drive... so not sure what to believe on that.
