Well, I just came up recently with some thinking about moving from my OCZ Vertex 2 50 GB SSD to the Seagate Momentus XT HDD. I mean, SSDs are fast for boot times and loading apps. However, as I've mentioned, it only has 50 GB - not even enough for some Boot Camp use. So is the Momentus XT worth getting - I mean, it is a hybrid of SSD and HDD? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Momentus XT has 4GB of flash memory and the Momentus XT will copy data to it, that gets access often. The 4GB are combined with the 500GB HDD, thus not visible in Finder as extra partition.
