Upgrading iMac HD?

Hello all,

Since Apple has upgraded the iMac line of Mac's and one can get a larger drive, will it be possible to take my 2008 iMac into the Apple Store and upgrade my drive?

If so, any idea what Apple charges for such an upgrade?
