iPhone upgrading ios 4.1 to ios6.1.3

hello

i need some help guys i have been trying to upgrade my iphone 3gs which is already jailbroken and currentl has ios 4.1,06.15.00 firmware and serial no87109 redsnow detected it as new BR and my cydia says no SHSH blobs seem to be stored.so how should i upgrade it? ...i need steps please.also do i need to downgrade the bb and if yes how to do it?.

Well you will need to downgrade the bb to unlock it unless you can get att (if you are in the us) to unlock it. There are also sites that will unlock it for you at a fee. As for the jailbreak I'm pretty sure there is a jailbreak for iOS 6.1.6 as well so i don't think not having any shsh is a problem.

i tried downgrading with rednow b3 and ios6.0 ipsw but it failed...any other way to do it?
