Upgrading iPhone, What to Do with Apple Watch

I have my Apple Watch paired with an iPhone and will be getting a new iPhone soon. Is there anything that need to do before I transfer my old iPhone to the new one? Should I unpair my Apple Watch or will iPhone transfer work just fine?

If you use the Phone to phone restore, it will ask if you want the watch paired on your new phone. Say yes and it is all done for you!

Yes…. All watches will be on your new iphone providing you do as @Jackbequickly mentions.

Even if for some reason you don’t move the watches at the time of setting up the new phone you can still do it after which is equally a seamless process.
