Upgrading late 2011 mbp 13"

Hi all,

I should be buying a late 11 mbp tomorrow and I'm thinking of doing some upgrades.

Would the 16gb ram and 120gb SSD here: http://www.crucial.com/uk/store/listparts.aspx?model=MacBook%20Pro%20(13-inch%2C%20Late%202011)&Cat=RAM

Work? Also, is it easy to install? And last but not least. If I want replace the SuperDrive with the SSD what else do I need?
