Upgrading logic board.

Hello,

I was thinking about upgrading my logic board in my 12" G3 ibook. I was wondering if it is possible to use a 12" powerbook logicboard to replace the one in the 12" G3 ibook.

Would it fit, and would it work properly?

I'm pretty sure it won't. The computers are different sizes for one thing, I doubt the screw holes would be anywhere close to where they'd need to be. Doesn't the G3 iBook have a drawer cd drive as well? Just buy a new one before you spend money on trying that.
