Upgrading mac question

Well, getting it from Apple is quite expensive..

$100 = 2 extra gb
$130 = 2 extra gb AND 320 gb.

Seriously though, I would stick to Crucial, Kingston or Corsair memory as they are "older" companies with a track record of providing great support for their lifetime warranty products.
