I'm planning to upgrade my Mac Pro with a SSD (SSD as boot drive & apps, Software RAID 0 for Data and 1 HDD as TimeMachine).

I want to use the opportunity to make a fresh start. I'm gonna install Mac OS from scratch.

But I would like to keep my existing iTunes and Lightroom Library.
I've already found a tutorial on how to keep my Lightroom library, but it's not as easy with the iTunes library.
I've got my library in a custom place (MyMac/RAID/Shared/Music) and I've read that all file paths have to be identical on the new machine if I would like to use my current library file.
Do you know a way to solve this problem?

Thank you!!!
