Upgrading Macbook Pro Ram - Cyber Monday deals?

I have a 17" mid-2010 macbook pro that I am trying to upgrade the ram in.

I've been reading that only the 13" mid-2010s can accept 16gb of memory, or can the 15"/17" models do the same?

Any recommendations on which ram to get/buy and also does anyone know of nay cyber monday deals on some ram right now?
