Hey all,
I'm looking to upgrade my MBP's hard drive.

From what I understand, going in myself will void the warranty. Is this true? How do I find somebody to do this? What does it cost? I have AppleCare for three years, so it's not really worth voiding the warranty...

But how will they know if I go in and do it myself?

Any help is appreciated...

Thanks

I'm too lazy to pull out the actual warranty document but it says something like "any damage caused by unauthorised modification will void the warranty". You can change the drive, but they won't cover you if you break the system in the process.
