Upgrading my older MBP

I am getting the new computer itch, but I have a perfectly serviceable MacBook Pro:

Apple MacBook Pro "Core Duo" 2.16 15" Specs (MA601LL)

I was considering upgrading some of the components instead of selling it and buying new. It seems this might be more cost effective? Does this machine support more than 2GB ram? What kind of hard drive upgrades are available? I guess thats really all I can upgrade, its already running Leopard.

Should I hold on to it, tweak it, or sell it for a new shiny?
