upgrading nonexisting songs to iTunes Plus?

Is anyone else seeing songs available for upgrade to iTunes Plus that he didn't buy? I have five songs that can be purchased that are either normal (not bought on iTS) or for some, that aren't even in my library.
Am I alone with this problem or is it something general?

Not exactly the same problem. But last week I saw that 4 videos that I never bought where downloading.

I deleted them, and the next time I open iTunes they where there again downloading.

Not free if your paying to upgrade them. Slightly cheaper perhaps.
