Upgrading Office X to Office 2004

Just drag the folders in the left column (say you have an ebay folder where you keep all your email from auctions) to your Desktop.
This will create a mbox file that can be imported into Entourage (also a good way to backup and burn to CD) or any other email client.
Also there should be a Microsoft User Data folder in your Documents folder it's a good idea to copy this folder to another location as well.
