Upgrading RAM for MBP 17"

i am using macbook pro 17 inch
MacBook Pro (17-inch, Mid 2010)
Processor 2.53 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphic NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 512 MB
Intel HD Graphics 288 MB
and MACOS Sierra installed, its working so slow, i am thinking to upgrade the ram upto 8GB or more, please suggest me any indian online site to purchase ram with same specification or whatever the Motherboard supports.

You can install 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500)

Most memory that fit that specification would work.
 
Find the least expensive RAM from a reliable brand (Crucial, Kingston, Mushkin, etc.).

Also, you could replace the hard drive - if original it is likely due for replacement.

i already replaced my HDD from 500gb 5400 rpm to 1TB 7200RPM, its lil bit fast, but not that much,
