Upgrading RAM (Macbook white, 2010)

My White Macbook came with 2GB of RAM. I would like to upgrade to at least 4GB. Does anyone know what is the maximum I can fit, where I can buy the parts needed, how is easy it is and is it worth it? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your help but the the video link you posted regarding installing the new RAM, was for the hard drive, not RAM. Where could I find a video about the RAM?
