Upgrading RAM (Macbook white, 2010)

My White Macbook came with 2GB of RAM. I would like to upgrade to at least 4GB. Does anyone know what is the maximum I can fit, where I can buy the parts needed, how is easy it is and is it worth it? Thanks in advance. 😕

Thanks for your help but the the video link you posted regarding installing the new RAM, was for the hard drive, not RAM. Where could I find a video about the RAM?
