Hey guys, I have the late 2009 27" iMac (3.06 Core2Duo). I've upgraded to lion on it's launch day, and I've been experiencing a bit of lag ever since. I still have the stock 4GB RAM that came with my iMac. However, I have recently ordered 4 more through crucial, and now I'm waiting for it to ship.
For those of you who own the same iMac as me, have you been experiencing any lag? (especially with Launchpad). And also, how much RAM does an average person need on their computer, that's still running on Core2Duo? Obviously 4GB isn't doing it for me anymore. And I'm not really sure if upgrading the RAM will boost my performance all that much. I'd just hate to have to buy a whole new computer for it to be up-to-speed with the current software.
