Upgrading RAM

I thought at one time i saw a guide dedicated to ram upgrades here on the forum but i cannot seem to find it. I'm looking for some advice on what type of RAM to get. I have a MacBook Pro 2.4 GHz unibody and i want to upgrade the RAM from 2 to 4 GB. Please Help.
