Upgrading the hard drive in a white 2008 Macbook

I have a 2.1GHz early '08 white Macbook with a 120GB Hard drive.
I'd like to upgrade it to a 320GB or 500GB Scorpio, but I've heard of some issues with using hard drives bigger than 250GB. Will I have problems?

Really? I have not heard of any issues with drives bigger than 250GB. I had a 320GB drive in my MacBook with no issues whatsoever.

I have a 500GB Seagate 7200RPM drive in my Mid '07 Black MacBook and have no problems whatsoever. Great investment! I don't have to worry about running out of disk space anytime soon.
