80g HD, would the remaining 50g would be ok for me?

or5 would the ibook handle 120g? or is it a bit overkill?

i mostly planing on using this laptop, for personal stuff, MSN, picture, internet, games. since i use the G5 for work and i honestly dont plan to run Final Cut on the G3 ibook with 800mhz, it would be slow as ****!

thanks a lot!

anyone?

iBooks are a lot of digging to upgrade the HD. Check out the tutorial on iFixit.com

As for which brand, I've always been partial to Seagate. Most of their drives have 5 year warranties and I've not had any problems with any of their drives I've bought.

If you are going to all the work to crack the iBook open, get the largest drive you and afford. Something like This HD.
