Upgrading the RAM on 13" MBP?

Hi guys,

I want to upgrade the 2GB RAM on my new MBP, but it's not as simple as it was on my old black MB (remove battery panel and easy access to RAM), so how do I do it myself? Do I really have to unscrew the back panel? Or take it in to be done by Apple?

Just want to make sure cos I have a tendency to break things...
