Hi all -

I'm interested in upgrading my MBP HD to a 500 GB drive (from a 250 drive) and was wondering if it's easy to migrate the existing partitions (split between Mac and Windows) to partitions on the new drive?

Is this an easy process? Is it as easy as moving over the existing partitions to the new drive and booting up? Or do Bootcamp and Fusion requirements make this impossible?

Thanks for any advice!

Just use SuperDuper to clone the Mac partition and then create a BootCamp partition and then clone the old one to the new partition with Winclone.

That looks easier than I thought and I'm almost convinced - have you actually done this before?

Do you know if my using Fusion throws a kink into this setup?
