Upgrading to iOS 6 and cydia Apps

I'm planning to upgrade to iOS 6 when it's released and I have few questions:

- I want to backup all of my cydia apps so I can restore them later when it can be jailbroken.

- Is it possible to do a clean upgrade without losing contacts and messages ?

an upgrade won't make you lose your contacts, but will make you lose your jailbreak, contacts can be pushed back to your phone using iCloud, I know purchased apps will transfer, any cydia tweaks/apps I don't think they will work because your phone wont be jailbroken

what about messages ? I want to do a clean install and I don't want to lose them ?
