I installed iOS 7 GM on my iPhone 4s and everything was working find until I switch my wallpaper to one of the Apple defaults, the red hue one, due for the pink iPhone 5c. I can't seem to get neither control center, notifications center, and slide to unlock to help me interact with my phone. Tried turning the phone off as well as restarting it by holding the power & home button for until it restarts. Is there anything I can to to troubleshoot this without loosing my info on the phone ?

I choose to be cautious and just downgrade to 6.1.3 for the time being given that this was a weird bug. Guess I'll wait for a 7.0.1 or so update for the OS down the line for them to fix the stability issues given that my trust in them is a little shaken currently. :(

I wanted to ask, when does Apple stops signing the ipsw file for the previous version of iOS ?
