Upgrading to iOS6 before putting an iCloud backup on iPhone 5?

I saw this I passing and may be remembering it incorrectly, but I thought someone said you had to upgrade to iOS6 or else when you tried to restore from an iCloud backup on your new iPhone 5 it wouldn't work properly.

Please help!

The Wikipedia article on iOS 6 states that it comes already installed on the iPhone 5.

No I mean I have an iPhone 4 running 5.1.1 and I backup using iCloud. When I get my iPhone 5 tomorrow and I turn it on and enter my iCloud password will it have problems retrieving my backup?
